This is in regards to Artificial Intimacy, my currently WIP intfic. If you scroll down, you'll see another blog post of mine, mentioning I was working on it for a game jam.
There are many reasons why I didn't end up getting an update done. Mainly, I think I was burnt out from the process of moving. Also, working almost every day of each week certainly didn't help.
But I also think that maybe what I'm trying to make is too big, especially for a first work? I don't know. But I am still working on it, piece by piece. You'll just have to wait a bit longer...

So I am officially moved in to my apartment. I got internet service activated yesterday, but I am still working on moving everything in.
But now that I have some peace and quiet, I can focus on things like writing! I should have a lot more time for fun stuff like that, especially once I get everything in.

I saw, through a quote post by nadia nova on bsky,
that there is a jam on itch.io (that started today) for updating released projects.
The deadline is May 4th, just before 0400 UTC (@208), so look forward to an update on Artificial Intimacy by then...
big updates inbound

I'm working hard on streamlining this site and my web experience.
I've made two additional versions of the tiny works page.
I've made a dedicated page for big blog posts (once I make those).
I even bought an email account at Soverin (sonya@syrupnx.space btw).
I really want to put myself out here more. Especially with how the world is on fire right now,
I feel the indie web is the only space I can express myself. And I'm going to put my all into it.

I think I've done a great job setting up both this website and nexusbound.online.
It's to the point where I'm actually excited to work on them!
And I am moving soon, so once I do, I should have enough time on my hands to work on them and the things I want to add a lot more.
