Terraria secret seed combos

I've recently been playing Terraria. If you know the game, you've probably seen the latest major update, 1.4.5.
If you haven't seen the update, what you need to know is that, aside from the previous secret seeds (now just special seeds), there are 35 secret seeds that you have to discover (or just copy from here) that range from adding the Portal Gun to chests rarely, or generating clusters of poo blocks around places, or locking the major biomes between two dungeons.
As well with the new update, you can make different combinations of both the special seeds and the secret seeds, making for great variety.
A challenge that I've given myself is what a horrible night to have a curse|purify this|hocus pocus|how did i get here. This seed makes you a vampire, which starts you underground, with the world being mostly corrupted, Halloween is forever, and you have a random spawn point.
Now depending on other things, this combo could be more or less difficult. For example, using Corruption has just the flying enemies and the worms, and you can get the armor pieces to drop from them. Quite quickly too, in my experience.
But using Crimson is harder, since there is the flying enemies, the spiders, and the flesh monsters, and they don't drop armor. You'll always be able to mine the evil blocks, though!
If you use the "start in Hardmode" code, too easy, you'll have the Hardmode evil enemies as well as the regular cave enemies, and the stat boost to pre-Hardmode enemies.
I have some other, hypothetical difficulty combos that I'd like to share here, some of which may have already been thought of, but I shall still just dump them here:

Extra chasms, random pieces of the world shifted and random blocks around, world is invisible
planetoids|such great heights|the care bears movie|we don't even test for that
World is planets, surface is in space, Portal Gun can spawn in chests
mole people|does that sparkle|fish mox|purify this
The world is entirely underground, with the top half as Hallow and the bottom half as Evil
