I'm using code from NomnomNami's OCs you can steal page. I may implement a more sophisticated JS-based system in the future though...
Downside of this code is that you can only filter by one (1) tag at a time, but right now it's not gonna be a huge deal. Once I have plenty of articles and tags I'll need to consider using JavaScript.
